Hausthene is the first company in Brazil authorized by Covestro to work with Vulkollan®.
Vulkollan® is a premium and high performance polyurethane. It is one of the most powerful elastomers available, with exceptional mechanical and dynamic characteristics.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VULKOLLAN HAUSTHENE:

High resistance to the tearing;
Resistance to the action of ultraviolet rays, ozone, fats and oils;
Excellent dynamic properties;
High resistance to the wear;
Low permanent deformation;
Decrease of maintenance with lower number of machine downtime;
Work without loss of properties in temperatures from 80ºC to 90ºC, with peaks of 120ºC. (It supports a temperature higher than conventional polyurethane).
